Sore Nipples A Week Before Period

* Muevelo - 4th Gala at a new level!

I have to admit that Peres had something to look at this gala maybe that still had the taste of the third presentation was somewhat slow, but until I told my partner to please make the review but she refused and I had no other to do it but they know something I have to say that this gala reward all that there was in the past.

program in both its production and teams have grown and are showing that they can give much more than mere steps from the physical education classes. The steps have become more complex and already are getting more strength and energy. I also love this dress that no theater, few props and many steps-style rhythms and popular tunes at parties and events that everyone can identify.

also feel that the jury had been distributed well known work and who evaluates the development of scenic actions such as facial expressions, who describes the technique and finally those who watch what is unfolding on the track. As hosts, Angie and Andrew have improved a million and you are more comfortable on stage. I loved the costumes for Angie, that she is very pretty yellow. Even

girls that Fermin had to leave the contest his presentation was very good but I feel that the reason why they were removed was because of the jury, said Yael Bern, felt that if this gala for their level of difficulty is not had raised for the fifth maybe there would not because you have to be realistic factor having at least one boy in the group had given them the opportunity to perform more complex steps.

Below my comments on what was the gala no. 4 that was effected last night.

ACADEMY - Sopa de Caracol: Good

costumes, the girls were very flirtatious and that gives more sparkle to the presentation. I saw a few steps

uncoordinated and some girls who have trouble climbing the legs but

have raised the level of dance. I loved how they moved through the track and the joy of showing

when they danced. The end was funny but I miss a little more energy, perhaps

to be the end ran out of air. -------------------------------

SAN CRISTOBAL - La Macarena:

Costumes hiba of acuerdon with the presentation. The start of the giant figure was very creative.

steps did not have enough strength and the Wiggles dance seemed a Regge.

lack strength. They could have added more steps of flamenco that only the classic game of hand,

to fans as part of the props to give the English accent. The end to the loaded elevation

and was very interesting. Whether the presentation was good but could be better. -------------------------------

FELIX OLIVARES - Boogie:

good start energetic, good strawberry costumes but the decade. I liked how they learned to incorporate

the steps of the choreography more famous and popular quinceaƱos and weddings but it took a long time

. The final figures for the presentation type

Cheerleaders United States were very well made and with an energy that counter to all that we saw

dance. Good coordination, movement and strength. Congratulations! -----------------------------

FERMIN NAUDEAU - Pasa Pasa:

I added a good hip hop that is fair to the subject they play both their expressions

as their outfits. From what I saw lacked a bit of strength and coordination. Some figures were well done

but in others they were absent. The end compared to other schools

was normal. Even

these girls were the only no male members must recognize that

came away without this key ingredient and gave a good example of how one can achieve as

women as a goal is set. Do not feel bad, you taught us much more than just steps

but also what a girl can do today! ---------------------------------

Moscote - Disco: Good

vibrates at the beginning, I loved to kid with the afro as he knew he carried it put

extra energy in their footsteps. Good movement and figures. The technical difficulty was noted in another

level. I miss the final practice more because they dephasing in time and that did not end with

the mix of music. I saw a lot of energy and force that was gradually disappearing. The costume was very

the time of Travolta and the Bee Gee's. You have to practice better figures and

times for the next presentation. ---------------------------------

SAN JUDAS - Asereje:

The idea the jump rope was good but it was noted the difficulties in time to join the dance breaks. Luckily it more force lying in steps that followed. The surfboard is joined with the verse of "next Diego surfing" was very well coordinated but still saw them fascists in coordination, cost them the shift in the track and the final original but they came out of time. The energy felt on stage and the force was at the beginning, middle, it began to lose but then resumed. ---------------------------------

ST. MARY - The Moochina:

I must admit that the costume was so disappointed because I expected to see the colors of the Brazilian country but it seemed more that were going to a concert paramour than anything else. The steps were very expressive and in the Rio carnival. The energy and strength was really well played. The boys were the ones who feel stressed. The technical difficulties have been overcome with the each show and I love that set an expectation for viewers to see this program. My only complaint was the costumes, the rest very well developed. --------------------------------

INST. AMERICA -

Sorry guys, its not on youtube video that is very long with the introduction of the new program of Eddy Vasquez, "Life gives you surprises" who was responsible for the social work of the night to give him a scholarship University Columbus in one of the dancers that is a good example for the youth of this country. Good

clothing, energy and strength in their footsteps. The movements could be more elegant but they spent the rest of the interpretation they did on the track. The coordination has been improving with each program and we need to add a little more difficult but generally very well performed. -------------------------------------

Finally I comment that the Weekend supplement of La Prensa have an interview with the show's producer Gabriela Rangel. I highly recommend you give a read to conoscan over the production of this draft TVN.

For the fifth gala only understood that now is the turn of the Lady Marmalade, ie Channel 2 girls dancing will go on this theme from the movie Moulin Rouge, so it gives me to understand that the issue of Wednesday 15 will be movie soundtracks.

See you next week with more than Move it!
